libgail-3-0 software package provides GNOME Accessibility Implementation Library -- shared libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgail-3-0
libgail-3-0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgail-3-0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgail-3-0 *
You will get with libgail-3-0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
